This page explains how bookings are made and confirmed with Wow!Zindagi, an initiative of ShikShaurya Eco Wellness Tourism Private Limited.
1. How to book
Choose an experience and send the enquiry form, or write to us at info@wowzindagi.in or on WhatsApp at +91 760887590. Our team confirms dates, pricing and what is included in writing before anything is booked. A booking is final only after we have both confirmed.
2. What a booking includes
Accommodation and locally sourced meals are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Anything extra is agreed and priced clearly up front, never added later without your consent.
3. Confirmation & payment
We confirm availability and the full, agreed price before taking any payment, and we send a confirmation once payment is received. Exact payment terms are set out in the confirmation you receive.
4. Changing your booking
To change dates, group size or the experience itself, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. We do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you can read in full on our site.
